The Museum is offering limited programming during its initial reopening. Additional new and familiar programs will be added as they become safely available.

Friday, January 17, 2020 - 3:10pm to 5:50pm
6 and up

Science Explorations happen throughout the day. Check the TODAY sign in the Museum lobby for hours. At other times enjoy self-guided discovery boxes.

Circuits. The word “circuit” sounds like the “circle”. In a circuit electricity travels in a circle.  If there’s a break in the circle, the electricity is stopped in its tracks. Build your own circuits with batteries and bulbs, and explore what kinds of materials conduct electricity. Develop math, science and engineering skills as you observe and experiment.
