Group Visit Request Form

    If the group leader on the day of your visit will be different from the contact above please share an e-mail and phone number.

    Payment for visits is due on the day of the visit. Please do not send payment in advance.

    If you wish to be invoiced, we require an authorized purchase order on the day or your visit.


    All Museum visits include time to explore the the Museum exhibits. In a Self Guided Visit groups explore our exhibits and enjoy daily public programs at their own pace.

    Self-guided would be:

    Self Guided Visit $17/student - The Museum does not have indoor lunch space available.

    Programs would be: (School-year only)

    Balls and Tracks (in person) $21/student - This program is designed for 1st-5th grade and lasts about 50-60 minutes.

    Money Matters: Earthquake Engineering (in person) $21/student - This program is designed for 2nd-5th grade and lasts 50-60 minutes.

    What Can A Circle Be? Making Art With Circles (in person) $21/student - This program is best suited for late-year kindergarteners or early first graders and lasts 45 minutes.

    Experience the Japanese House & Meet Kyoto Kids (in person) $21/student - This program is best suited for grades 1-6 and lasts one hour.

    ADD-ON*Suminagashi: The Art of Japanese Marbling (in person) $6/student - This program is best suited for grades 1-6 and lasts one hour. Must be paired with “Experience the Japanese House & Meet Kyoto Kids”.

    ADD-ON*Writing in Japanese & Shodo Calligraphy Art (in person) $6/student - This program is best suited for grades 1-6 and lasts one hour. Must be paired with “Experience the Japanese House & Meet Kyoto Kids”.

     

    Tell us the date and time when you want to visit. The Museum is open Wednesday - Sunday from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. Please note: the Museum has limited indoor lunch space.

    Please note that groups are welcome to explore the Museum for a maximum of three hours.

    *Please Note: Boston Children's Museum requires a 1:5 chaperone to student ratio. Any additional chaperones will be charged the Museum general admission price of $22.
