Engineers work with others to solve problems for people, communities, and animals. Be an engineer as you try various activities and challenges throughout the February vacation week, February 17 – 23, 2025, that you can explore, create, test and try again!
Activities:
Monday February 17th– Sunday February 23rd from 9:30–3:30 in the Common. Offerings change daily, activities may include:
LEGO® Engineering Challenges – Imagine you have a cookie delivery business. How might you design a package that can hold a cookie and not break if dropped? Show your solutions to different challenges using LEGO® to show it in action!
Mystery Bags – Help us solve a problem using a bag of mystery materials. What will you find inside?
Build a Better Farm – What might you create to help a sheep cross a river? How would you design a fence for a horse? Or build a watchtower for a rooster? Build a better farm through a variety of design challenges to help different farm animals.
